Slide boards –

A great way to develop lateral speed, agility, coordination, balance, and explosive power, our Ultraslide boards can train hockey players, figure skaters, skiers or anyone who just wants an amazing leg and core workout. It’s designed to condition and target the specific muscles used in skating without the need to be on the ice. Many consider the slide board to be the best off-ice piece of training equipment for hockey players. The fact that it’s used by most hockey schools and many professional hockey teams worldwide, give merit that the slide boards work and players get results.

Gymnastics & Rebounders (mini trampolines)

Because it improves many areas of co-ordination (such as balance, agility, rhythm and timing) many athletes practice on a trampoline to enhance their motor skillz.  Skiers, skaters, divers, gymnasts, and even cheerleaders use the trampoline extensively.  Whether you play football, baseball, basketball or tennis, training on our rebounders will help you to sharpen your skillz.  Bouncing on a trampoline develops proficiency in sensing and maintaining proper balance.  When rising from the surface of a trampoline, you must locate new and constantly changing centers of gravity.  Try out one of our Rebounder masterclasses and meet the challenge!

Dance mats

The most advanced multi player dance mat system available right her at Skillz!  The system can run three levels of difficulty simultaneously meaning that you can be comfortable reacting at your own level and speed whilst having fun with your friends.  Each mat can count the calories you have burned and record your score as well as sense and adjust to your reaction ability.  This is a great way to disguise exercise as fun whilst challenging your reaction time!
